Experience
Our team has over 17 years of experience in construction, project management, site supervision, creation, and management of Project Management Offices (PMO's).
Our experience has been built within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in around 7 countries where LEAD professionals have executed, managed and led public and private works investment projects such as residential and tourist developments, wind farms, hydroelectric plants, substations of energy, aerial and underground transmission lines, in road infrastructure, aerodromes and urban sanitary systems. This experience, together with quality academic training and constant professional updating, provides LEAD with a high-level professional team to manage successful projects.

We provide pre-investment and financial feasibility studies which are a tool for decision making before moving on to the investment stage. These studies also serve as relevant documentation to be presented before a financial institution for a financing application.
Project Management
The specialized Project Management service provides high-level executive resources to projects. The scope of this service covers the project life cycle from the initial pre-construction phases to construction management and final delivery of the project.
Professional Outsourcing
LEAD offers the possibility to outsource its professionals to form part of your project team, adding LEAD experience and quality. The duration of the service can be agreed for a certain and extendable time.
Site inspection
We offer the service of representing the owner in the site inspection process. This service consists of contractual administration and monitoring of compliance with quality objectives, times, and costs by the general contractor before the owner.
Project Management Offices (PMOs) Building
It is aimed at companies that manage project portfolios. Our PMO service begins with a diagnosis of the current situation of the company and then customizes the PMO required by the client according to the result of said diagnosis. We support you during the implementation of your PMO and later we evaluate and monitor the results to make the necessary adjustments using the lessons learned as input.
